Generative AI Usage Statement

Ceniiac Journal recognizes the increasing use of generative Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools in research and scientific writing. To preserve academic integrity and transparency, we establish the following guidelines:
Scope of Use
- Generative AI tools may only be used to enhance language clarity and presentation.
- They must not replace core academic tasks such as data analysis, critical interpretation, or drawing scientific conclusions.
Mandatory Disclosure
- Any use of generative AI must be declared in a dedicated section titled “Statement on the Use of Generative AI in Writing.”
- Authors must specify the tool/service used and its purpose.
Authorship Responsibility
- AI tools cannot be listed as authors or co-authors.
- Authorship implies academic and ethical accountability, which only humans can assume.
Human Oversight
- All AI-assisted content must be critically reviewed, validated, and edited by the authors.
- Authors remain fully responsible for the accuracy, originality, and integrity of their published work.
Exemptions
- The use of basic tools for grammar, spelling, style corrections, or reference management does not require disclosure.
By implementing this policy, Ceniiac Journal ensures that the use of generative AI is conducted transparently, ethically, and always under human supervision, in line with international publishing standards.
