APC Fees
Article Processing Charges (APC) are publication fees applied to accepted manuscripts in order to support editorial management, double-anonymized peer review, professional production, online hosting, and metadata dissemination in an open-access environment.
Current APC Waiver
All manuscripts submitted by July 31, 2026 are eligible for a full APC waiver. During this promotional period, authors are not required to pay any publication fee.
Standard APC
After the promotional period, the standard APC will be $950 USD + VAT and applicable local taxes.
Ceniiac Journal — ISSN 3105-6237 — is committed to fostering open science and equitable access to knowledge. To support researchers and maximize the dissemination of high-quality studies, the journal currently offers a full APC waiver for all manuscripts submitted by July 31, 2026. Funding Sources and Editorial Transparency
Ceniiac Journal is a fully open-access journal, and all its content is freely accessible without subscription barriers.
Funding Model
To sustain editorial operations, Ceniiac Journal is financed through:
- Article Processing Charges (APCs): cover peer review, editorial processing, digital production, and platform maintenance.
- Institutional Support: funding from universities or organizations will be transparently disclosed in calls for papers or special issues.
- Sponsorships: any external sponsorships will be clearly declared in the corresponding publications.
Editorial Independence
Editorial decisions are based exclusively on the academic and scientific quality, originality, and relevance of submissions. Payment or waiver of APCs does not influence editorial decisions or acceptance outcomes.
Advertising Policy
To maintain scientific integrity, Ceniiac Journal does not accept advertising. Should this policy evolve in the future, any advertising will be clearly separated from editorial content and will not influence editorial decision-making.
