Important Notice: Message for Ceniiac Journal authors regarding DOI assignment via Zenodo
Dear Authors,
As part of our ongoing commitment to ensuring the visibility and proper citation of articles published in Ceniiac Journal, we are pleased to inform you that we are implementing the use of DOIs (Digital Object Identifiers) via the Zenodo platform.
Since we are currently in the process of obtaining our ISSN and affiliating with Crossref, we have chosen to use Zenodo to assign DOIs temporarily. This measure ensures that your articles can be properly cited from the moment they are published.
What is a DOI and Why is it Important?A DOI is a unique and permanent identifier that provides direct access to each academic article. This ensures that your work can be easily located, cited, and digitally preserved, even if the journal’s URL changes in the future.
How will the DOI be assigned to your article? Each accepted article for publication in Ceniiac Journal will be uploaded to our Zenodo community, where it will automatically receive a DOI in the following format:
DOI Format: 10.5281/zenodo.xxxxx
This DOI will be included on the article’s cover page and on the journal's website to ensure proper citation.
What will happen once the ISSN is obtained and Crossref registration is complete?Once Ceniiac Journal obtains its ISSN and completes its registration with Crossref, new articles will receive DOIs directly from Crossref. Articles previously published with Zenodo DOIs will retain their original DOIs, but redirections will be implemented to ensure continuous accessibility.
Commitment to editorial qualityWe want to assure you that this temporary measure aligns with international academic standards and that our editorial team is dedicated to maximizing the visibility and impact of your research.
If you have any questions or require further information about this process, please feel free to contact us at: ceniiac.com@gmail.com
We appreciate your trust in Ceniiac Journal and look forward to your continued collaboration.
Sincerely,
The Editorial Team of Ceniiac Journal
